Customer Service Representative-10162148

Description

Cintas is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers through the daily management of accounts. Works to provide quality and efficient customer service via effective customer relations, account knowledge, team work, problem resolution and time management through the direction of an Accounts Manager. Work to meet deadlines per customer request. Promote both internal and external confidence in the services we provide.

This individual will work our mid-day shift which starts at 11:15am ending at 8:00pm.

Qualifications

* Previous experience with customer service, including answering phones and transferring calls, preferred

* Accurate typing, and 10-key skills, preferred

* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite to include: Word, Excel and Outlook, required

* Experience with data entry and proofreading and editing documents, preferred

* Prior call-center experience, preferred

* Able to work 11:15 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., EST, Monday through Friday, required.

* A Two week training periods working 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. will be required.
