Nurse Educator needed for a direct hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Monterey, CA.
Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Acute care experience
- CNOR Certification
What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for inservice and clinical education of the Surgical Services department staff
- Ensure understanding of the delivery of direct nursing care to all patient populations on this unit
- Will need to exhibit skills and knowledge to competently provide the appropriate services to staff and patients
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Current California RN license
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent
- BSN degree required; Masters Degree of Nursing or Masters of Education preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of recent acute care hospital and Operating Room experience is required
- CNOR certification is required
- Must obtain AORN Clinical Educator Certification Course within 24 months of hire date
