About this job
This position is responsible for accounts receivable, customer service and day to day office duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones
- A++ Customer Service
- Creating bank deposits
- Collecting current and past due accounts
- Entering and processing credit card payments
- Entering payments into the Fish 3 database
- Creating new customers within FISH
- Editing existing accounts with updated pricing, component changes etc.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with National Maintenance Companies and their payment processes.
- Training window cleaners on completing invoices and work orders properly.
- Filing all necessary paperwork.
- Preparing and sending “Thank You’s” to all residential customers.
- Call each residential customer 1 day prior to their scheduled cleaning.
- Prepare formal bid proposals for potential customers
- Assist in collection of outstanding accounts receivable
Qualifications: Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. This position requires proven customer service skills. Office related experience is preferable. High School diploma/GED required.
