Sales Producer - Full-time / Part-time

Pay is $11 - $14 per hour, Depending on Experience/Licensing. Great Temp-to-Hire opportunity with established insurance agency that has room for growth! Full-Time, First Shift position! Requirements/Responsibilities: Established Insurance Company seeking highly motivated professionals for Sales Producer position! Will offer paid training, team concept, great work environment and excellent working conditions to promote success! Will solicit new business via telephone, networking, referrals, and other lead sources. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Must have excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to effectively work with other team members. Must have strong people skills and persuasive abilities. Looking for someone who is self-motivated, self-directed, and takes initiative! Basic computer knowledge is required. Client will provide the following for the right individual: paid training, base salary, commission, bonus, great work environment, and opportunities for advancement.
