Our agents answer inbound calls from our customers who are seeking product or retail information all while delivering outstanding customer service. If you have a need for success and have a passion for customer care, don't hesitate to come in right away!

HOURS OF WORK: Must be available Monday through Sunday and any hours between 6:00am to 2:00am

START DATE: Monday, 6/22/15

Using a computerized system, responds to customer inquiries in an inbound call center environment, may perform one or more of the following:

Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures

Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls

Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner

Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs

Provides functional guidance, training and assistance to lower level staff

Provides assistance, training and troubleshooting support to lower level staff

All other duties as assigned

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Possess a minimum of 6 months customer service experience in a call center environment

Solid work history -- 1 plus years of stable work with one company

Score acceptably on job related testing assessments provided (i.e., data entry, spelling, reading, reading comprehension, sales aptitude testing and cognitive ability testing, typing 30 WPM)

Knowledge of computer keyboard and mouse, intermediary internet knowledge required

Ability to work within specified shift time

Ability to clearly communicate using good clear, distinct voice

All other duties as assigned
