Ojas Wellness Center is currently looking for energetic and enthusiastic guest service staff for multiple growing and successful locations!
The responsibilities for the guest service position include:
- Welcoming customers into our center with energy and passion
- Scheduling new and returning appointments in person and over the phone
- Checking students in and out for yoga and mat Pilates classes
- Knowing service and class descriptions and pricing
- Recommending and selling memberships, class packages and/or products to clients and students
- Opening and closing the wellness center
- Assisting in all projects delegated by management
- Completing daily administrative duties to keep wellness center running smoothly
- Completing daily cleaning duties such to keep wellness center inviting and comfortable
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Able to offer exceptional guest service
- Friendly, outgoing and engaging
- Interested in health and wellness
- Able to promote and sell memberships
- Able to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Punctual and have a strong work ethic
- Able to be proactive and take ownership
- Seeking personal and professional growth
Some additional details for the guest service position:
- This position will include weekend and evening shifts
- We do ask that you are available to work in any of our multiple locations within the Baltimore area (Owings Mills, Hunt Valley, Mt. Washington, Columbia) and possess your own transportation
- Growth opportunities are available for the right person
- Full training is provided
