Exciting and ever changing customer service positions available NOW! We are looking for highly motivated people who have a desire to help our customers with travel emergencies all over the world. Help travelers worldwide with their emergency situations, from lost luggage, emergency hotel check in and cash wires, to emergency medical situations. Come up with unique solutions to unique problems and help travelers in need. You'll handle incoming calls from a variety of clientele with a variety of issues, and provide services including Pre-Trip Assistance, Visa/Passport Assistance and Travel Emergency Assistance and anything deemed a Travel Emergency. No two calls will be the same!
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication, Strong multi-tasking, organization and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to change and think outside the box, quickly
- Able to deal with atypical situations and the ability to respond to high end clientele. HS Diploma or GED required.
Hours: 2nd shift ranging from 2 PM - 10PM to 4 PM - Midnight.
