Continuous Improvement Manager

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Continuous Improvement Manager.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower is now recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Manager position. I am working with an organization that is a highly successful company with leading positions in the markets it serves. I am seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager in the Hannibal, MO area. If you are interested or know of someone who may be please contact me. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent experience required. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience and participation in 30 or more lean events or equivalent experience. Command of the more advanced Lean tools (i.e.: 2P, 3P, Vertical Value Streams, etc.). Must have the ability to influence at all levels of an organization from the Executive team to the shop floor. Typically requires eight (8) plus years prior operations experience. Good program management skills and experience required. Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills. Ability to develop strategies and translate them into actionable plans. Knowledge and application of statistical techniques a plus. Prior facilitation skills training and proven leadership experience mentoring others in improvement activities. Demonstrated leadership skills including: the ability to lead others to achieve results, demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, results oriented.
