The Finance Analyst, Revenue Management will support activation and optimization of key Revenue Management plans and processes, working closely with the Region Retail Sales team and Pricing Coordinators. This role also will provide financial oversight to help ensure delivery of overall net price (rate and mix) objectives across key packages, customers and channels.
Major Responsibilities:
Manage the weekly and monthly Rev Man reports, scorecards and performance analysis, including the updating and maintenance of these reports in a timely and accurate manner
Review and approve Price Change Requests (PCRs) in line with marketplace pricing architecture
Monitor customer and package pricing performance on a weekly basis to understand variances to Forecast and Plan
Own the funding processes, governance and tracking; identify outages and follow up with KAMs and Sales Analysts to maximize funding dollars on a period basis
Assist with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Quarterly Business Plan (QBP) review deck preparation
Perform Trade Spend post audits to understand impact and return of investments
Develop Regional insights and monitor Category trends and the Competitive environment using syndicated data to support decisions and drive improved performance
Provide daily support to Region Sales teams and partner with Region Finance teams on various projects

Qualifications:
2-3 years Finance experience
Bachelor's Degree required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)
High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications (i.e. Essbase/IRI)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various levels of the organization
Results-oriented with ability to initiate and lead projects to completion
Ability to perform analysis of business information and identify trends
Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement
Ability to manage and execute multiple concurrent tasks to meet deadlines
High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy of business reporting
