Fayetteville is looking for a temporary GIS Utility Technician to assist with the development and maintenance of the GIS for the city. This position will be assisting with the mainenance of the Water, Sewer, and Stormwater utilities in the GIS which includes data conversions, data entry, geographic records research, map composition, and creating and updating geographic data sets. You will be responsible for researching records within the City and County governments. Great customer service skills will be key as you work with both internal and external customers and maintain a positive and effective working relationship with other City employees.

Requirements
Qualified candidates will have 2 years of experience in GIS related field or 2 - 4 year degree in GIS related field. Must be proficient in Excel and Word as well as GIS software and ESRI software.
