Operate as a business partner to designated unit(s) by providing high quality consultation to the business acting as a subject matter expert to enhanceorganizational performance and retain human capital. Function as a liaison with employees and managers on a variety of matters providing high qualitycustomer service and consultation. Provides support to the HR staff, deliver day-to-day solutions and accurate timely metrics that assist the businesswith decision making.Employee relations: initial employee and manager contact including review of and/or approval of corrective action, employee andmanager interviews for determining intervention strategy and complexity. Research actions on employee issues and corrective actions to ensurecompliance with State and Federal regulations and with all Company policies. Escalate as appropriate.Works closely with employees and managers on extended leaves and returns to work. Perform employment, retention, and exit activities and providerelevant reporting and analysis. Conduct manager training and new employee orientation. Consult with and advise managers and employees in makinginformed decisions regarding all HR policies where clear-cut procedures do not exist. Provide support for recruiting initiatives. Works closely with HRstaff on questions and problem solving and takes the lead in completing special projects.Must have analytical prowess and profiency in creating reports that support business needs.Candidate must have expertise is reporting/Excel. Tableau and Workday experience a plus.
