Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Staffing Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Alamogordo Area. The following duties apply to the position. *Provide professional, courteous service to our customers *Accept payments and process transactions *Identify any potential needs the customer may have *Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals and cancellations *Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development *Maintain work area and office clean and neat *May require some travel within locations for coverage purposes within city *Run bank deposits as necessary *Other duties as assigned Previous experience in customer service or in an insurance Industry a plus!! Must have excellent Computer Skill, Bilingual a plus, excellent communication skills. Must be able to pass a drug screen and a background check. Schedule is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, some Saturdays. Pay rate is $9.50/hr. Manpower is an equal opportunity employer.
