Headway Corporate Resources is screening applicants on behalf of Ferguson Enterprises.
Current opening requires Bilingual Spanish skills and will be responsible for maintaining and servicing long-term customer accounts as well as promoting and building new relationships with dormant / previous customers.
H ours 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
Position is a temp-hire opening.
Responsibilities:
- Review reports daily and assist with analyzing daily operations
- Receive Amazon orders electronically and follow - up on tracking and claims information
- Follow-up on processes after orders are submitted
-Make outbound calls to current and prospective customers in an effort to rebuild past relationship and increase sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers to include key accounts mostly via the telephone.
- Present new products to customers
- Handle escalated customer issues in a timely and effective manner and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish skills required
- Must have ability to communicate verbally in Spanish as well as read and write in Spanish
- Position requires excellent ability to make decisions and resolve and analyze solutions
- Previous demonstrated sales skills desired
- 4 year college degree or Associates degree preferred but not required
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- Strong aptitude to work with numbers and analyze numerical data required
- Must have ability to work effectively with deadlines and in fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills
