PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Manages projects effectively
- Creates and leads basic to intermediate learning design projects including developing project plans, leading project communication and overseeing budget
Facilitates training and development activities
- Trains and/or facilitates basic to intermediate content as needed
- Gauges audience; can modify pace, delivery, and questions as needed to ensure best outcome of learning deliverables
Designs and develops meaningful development content
- Holds business acumen in strategy, industry trends and best practices in retail, as well as Kohl’s and training/development
Advises business and project partners
- Continuously develops business acumen in strategy, industry trends and best practices in retail, as well as Kohl’s and training/development
QUALIFICATIONS
required
- Training delivery skills
- Familiarity with adult learning theory
- Experience in different learning methods such as classroom, self guided and elearning
preferred
- Proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft office software
- Familiar with InDesign and Project Management systems
special requirements
- Occasional overnight trave
