We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Quality Control.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Automation Personnel Services is looking for qualified candidates for a temp to hire position located in Antioch at a Footwear Warehouse. Pay Rate is $10.50 / HR.

Purpose:

The Quality Control Clerk is responsible for making sure that the data has been entered in our database correctly, and that the care and professional quality of packaging provides a lasting impression on the customer regarding the company s level of professional operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspecting product, and verifying the data entered matches the description of the product
- If data is entered correctly, pass the item on to the appropriate department
- If data does not match, mark item as an error and place it in the appropriate error location
- Maintain and high level of quality as well as meeting production goals.
- Shoe boxes must be clean and dust free. If boxes are in bad condition, they need to be removed and/or replaced. Shoes inside must be laid correctly with adequate tissue.

Other functions include:
- Coordinate warehouse placement of product
- Cleaning warehouse work area.
- Communicate with lead and team members effectively
- Any other duties that is asked of you beyond the scope of your regular duties to help the company.

Requirements:
- Willingness to seek out resources, improve process, and create efficiency within the receiving procedure
- Reliable and available for overtime hours needed during busy periods
- High level attention to detail and multi-task and communicate best practices and procedures
- Upholding the standard for quality and ensure policy and procedures and being followed
- Ability to understand the complete cycle of inventory flow process
- Able to read and speak English
- Ability to consistently lift over 40 lbs. And pull pallets of shoes
