The newly created Director Solutions Services leader will play a key role in the development of an external facing information technology professional services organization. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Developing processes and strategies to support the implementation of the organization's growing list of solutions
  
• Collaborating with development managers to gain understanding of their solutions and develop an organization, processes, and implementation strategies
  
• Set up a scalable structure for building and evolving an implementation team that will support client engagements
  
• Serving as a catalyst to drive continuous process improvement in the staffing model
  
• Identifying and engaging the appropriate business and IT stakeholders from all applicable areas (e.g., segments, businesses, functions, departments, teams)
  
• Understanding the engagement process with ICC and other development teams to keep up with and drive further development of solutions and evolve a team to support them

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  
• 5+ years of experience in a fast paced technology environment
  
• 5+ years of experience with solution implementation
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Experience with technology solution implementation
  
• Experience in working with clients and leading technology discussions
  
• Demonstrate understanding of IT methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Services and/or Information Technology consulting experience
  
• Healthcare industry experience with technology focus
  
• Experience working in a large matrix organization
