One of LA's most prestigious professional services firms has an immediate opportunity for a bright and personable Receptionist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and enthusiastic team-player who enjoys delving into projects and taking charge of rewarding administrative duties to act as the face and voice of a leading Los Angeles firm.

Position Description:
In this position, you will utilize your exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills as you greet clients and guests, coordinate meetings and conference calls and take charge of special projects as needed. This position will involve a lot of project management, and advanced MS Office skills, strong communication skills and solid writing skills are a must.

Duties:
* Organize office calendars and schedules
* Coordinate domestic and international travel
* Prepare and process expense reports and internal documents
* Direct incoming communications and act as first point of contact
* Jump in and collaborate on administrative projects as needed
* Take on additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have 2-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting, a positive, "can do" attitude and proficiency with MS Office Suite. Bachelor's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will be a flexible and team-oriented self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
