More Information on the AWESOME Mortgage Processor Positions:
- Pay is $15.00 per hour and unfortunately is non-negotiable. All new employees will work at the same pay rate of $15.00 per hour.
- Hours for the center are 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday. Employees must be flexible to work any 8 hours shift assigned to them at the beginning. Shifts are then set going forward.
- Some Saturday work may be required. Center is open half days on Saturdays so if required to work a Saturday, schedule may be adjusted for time off during the week or overtime may be possible.
- Training will be approximately 2 weeks and will most likely occur from 8am-5pm.
- These are long temporary positions but employees who have stellar performance and excellent work ethic may be looked at for permanent opportunities.
- 3 years of Mortgage Processing or a minimum of 2 years along with 1 year relevant mortgage experience is required. Please only apply if you have the relevant processing or mortgage review experience.
** Candidates must complete 3 tests required by the client before resume submission. Must be able to complete the online tests (approximately 1 hour) on Call Center, MS Office, and Windows. Recruiter will forward the testing, which must be completed BEFORE your resume is sent to the hiring manager.
Mortgage Processor duties will include:
- Performs duties such as researching and verifying (via phone fax website or mail) creditor information from Credit Bureau reports.
- Processing includes verification of credit verification of court records (tax liens/judgments) verification of employment and verification of income.
- Compiles verified information adding them to the requested product.
- Proofreads and completes verification forms checks for accuracy answers telephone and performs data entry.
- Interpretation of credit report content
- Making outbound calls to interview creditors to make updates to the credit report.
- Perform three way calls with the consumer and the creditor to obtain updated information.
- Update information in internal system proofread report and invoice and deliver data to the client.
- Safeguard all data obtained during the course of your employment including all personal identifying information.

- HS Diploma - 3 years of mortgage experience - 1+ year in actual mortgage processing - Must take 3 assessments before being considered (Call Center, MS Office, Windows)
