Manpower is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator for one of our clients in Groton, CT! Job Responsibilities: The Project Coordinator role is a dynamic, fast paced position that covers a broad range of project coordination responsibilities. *Coordinates various specific/specialized projects for Global Clinical Supply Functional Lines. *Works with project teams to gather project information, manage schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks and project meetings. *Maintains document control, database management, track project activities and team communication. *Develops and reviews project status and reports. *Works with team leads, assists in developing a comprehensive workflow process for individual projects. *Meeting planning, scheduling and sharepoint site updates *Agenda preparation and meeting facilitation *Follow up on action items *Maintaining project plan for all BPO and Governance Body activities *Generation and issuance of team communications *Responsible for External Operations Support for BPO -ISPE responsibilities Strategic Forum (Chaired by BPO) *Maintaining & Scheduling meetings, communications and actions *Minutes preparation and issuance *Project planning and follow-up Regulatory Document Reviews *Coordinate timely reviews with BPO schedule *Summarize responses and communicate to ISPE as appropriate *Responsible for project support for GCS Clinical Research Pharmacy team. Requirements: *Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize assignments, handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage multiple deadlines. *Must have the ability to prioritize based upon established GCS guidelines and work in a fast-paced environment as well as being a team player. *Independent, proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. *Demonstrated experience managing multiple, complex projects, developing successful partnerships and strong customer focus. *Possess excellent computer skills and a high level of proficiency in various computer programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Business Objects, Ariba, Sharepoint and a willingness to learn new platforms and software. *Ability to perform duties with a high level of professionalism and moderate supervision. *Excellent judgment as well as the ability to work with confidential information and meetings.
