Fat Canary needs an evening line cook, full-time, 2pm to close (around midnight). We serve high-end food, dinner only, every night.
We'll teach you how to cook our way, but you should already know how to cook. You must have some experience, preferably in a scratch kitchen.
We've got a big kitchen, lots of fine ingredients, a loud stereo, and - once you're up to speed - all the hours you can handle.
You would start at the salad/app station and your progress would depend on your performance.
