- Support the District Team Leader (DTL) in scheduling store visits and entering visit guide results, managing time, prioritizing workload, managing e-mail inbox and other special projects as assigned.
- Coordinate team talent development activities (e.g. performance review processes, leadership statuses, district talent planning, succession planning, talent day coordination.
- Coordinate and schedule internal/external candidate second interviews with Store Team Leader (STL)/DTL; prepare salary quotes, process pre-employment paperwork, submit internal background checks and ensure all external new hires are initiated and hired through the application tracking system (TAS).
- Support onboarding and training programs such as Business College.
- Process onboarding, promotions, demotions, transfers, terminations and maintain data accuracy in a timely manner; manage and validate the assigned position management numbers (PMS) to Store Team Leader and Executive Team Leader positions.
- Coordinate community involvement, including special projects and annual campaigns (e.g. United Way, Community Giving Program, etc.)
- Deliver a brand experience for the guest by assisting with concerns that are escalated to district level in a manner that is friendly, positive and solution oriented.
- Ensure all guest and team member issues are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
- Manage DTL travel/expense system; ensure timely approval of district-level expense report submissions.
- High school education
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task as well as problem solving and decision making skills
