Payroll Processing Representative

* Responsible for the keying and balancing of payroll hours and adjustments in Kronos WFC for on-cycle processing in SAP. Runs reports in both systems, verify calculation of hours, taxes and deductions.

*Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to departments of current and historical payroll data as needed.

*Check status and rate changes to employee records in SAP.

*Responsible for proper tracking of payments to ensure deductions are paid in full, and handling of garnishment correspondence as well as dealing with courts in regards to garnishments.

* Handle employee and Supervisor customer service regarding pay, hours and/or deductions in a courteous and professional manner, including following up on approvals and making necessary adjustments.

* Daily on-line keying of time records in Kronos WFC time collection system.

*Keying of historical edits in Kronos WFC, and possible process of off-cycle pay.

* Assist with keying of attendance in Kronos WFC and/or NSP from daily call-offs and scheduled days off including vacations, LNI"s, ETO, etc. Assist with updating of attendance in Kronos WFC based on changes/corrections.


**600+ hourly employees, 3 shifts, 24/7
* Weekly payroll, process on Mondays
* Bulk of work is entering labor charges in Kronos
