Job Duties:
- Produce documents for 1000 plus caseload
- Responsible for reviewing title prior to suit
- Reviewing and proofing ?citation returns?
- Answer incoming calls from taxpayers and attorneys
- Collection calls to taxpayers & attorneys
- Attend court as requested by supervisor or manager
- File documents by E-file
- Responsible for two district courts
- Assist in payment plans or payouts for seven courts
- Document productions: petitions, citations
- Skip tracing (locating an individual and their location)
- review, code correspondence as distributed from supervisor
- answer phone calls from any parties relevant to handling tax cases
- prepares interventions, judgments, notices, dismissals, nonsuits, citations, amended petitions, cite by postings, motion/orders for ad litems and Rule 106 service
- orders and prepares evidence using clients' systems as needed for trial and/or case handling
- prepares payoffs and payment arrangement contracts
- performs status checks on cases and defendants
- runs reports to organize and complete work production
- correspond with other firms in handling our cases
- handles DWOP notices and Motions to Retain
- orders and prepares evidence using clients' systems as needed for trial and/or case handling
- prepares court costs letters
- performs address research of mistaken citation issues, bad address returns, improper parties to suit and bad service returns for the 133rd, 157th and 334th courts
- prepares citation reissues
- handles and makes phone calls to potential missing persons and interested parties discovered during research
- runs reports to update cases involving ad litems in order to prepare and to send the packets
- makes all file-stamp copies; does faxing and mailing of all non-certified mail documents (most documents)
- prepares Resale Files for attorney
- All other duties as assigned

Physical Description:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear.

- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision ability to adjust focus.
- Education: High School Degree Required, College Degree is PLUS
- Title and Oracle experience is a PLUS
