A customer contact center downtown Indianapolis is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team!
Summary: These contractors will be working for a secured messaging team answering emails & handling inquiries for the King vs. Burwell cases and DOI. Contractors will not need to know about this legal case; they will be trained to respond to common questions.These will mostly be upset customers. There will also be some outbound calls needed to follow-up. Full training is provided to teach customer service skills, software systems, and writing/call skills.
- Responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence; will typically be following a scripted document
- Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions.
- Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.
- Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Places follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature.
MUST HAVE:
- Requires a High School diploma or GED
- 6+ months experience in a customer service environment (automated preferred)
- Proficent writing and email skills
- Must be organized and follow instructions
- Computer savvy, able to toggle screens and navigate software systems
- Call Center exp. strongly preferred
- Healthcare/medical knowledge preferred, not required
Location: Downtown Indianapolis
Duration: 3 Month Contract
Pay: $12/hour
