Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, Red Classic is a wholly owned subsidiary of Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated, the nation’s largest Coca Cola bottler. We offer both asset and non-asset based logistics solutions to our continually expanding customer base via our network of approximately 8,000 pre-screened contract carriers.

We are looking for aggressive, service oriented, career minded individuals to join our team of dedicated logistics professionals in our Van Buren, AR satellite office. We offer a high energy, fast paced work environment centered on team work and growth.

As an Inside Sales Representative you will target, close, and develop new business for your portfolio of customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effective prospecting for new leads.
• Cold calling new leads to identify and close prospective customers.
• Leveraging relationship building skills to move customers past rate based decisions.
• Delivering world class customer service to all of our internal and external trading partners.
• Work with teammates to ensure exceptional responsiveness.
• Reflect the values and culture of Red Classic and its parent company, Coca Cola Co. Consolidated.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED mandatory; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Freight Brokerage/Third Party Logistics (3PL) experience strongly preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Customer service oriented approach
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and succeed in an exciting, fast paced work environment
• Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
• Ability to build relationships at all levels

COMPENSATION

Base salary plus quarterly commission
