*Previous Restaurant Experience Required
*High School or GED, with some college preferred
*Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities*

*Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
*Profitably operate the restaurant within the practices and procedures established by Burger King Corporation
*Restaurant Managers will conduct meetings with team members and management for the purpose of training and planning
*Maintain a safe work environment while striving to achieve the highest possible rating by the Health Department
*Conduct performance reviews with management team and team members, and document any corrective disciplinary action
*Handle day to day work challenges confidently with the ability to adjust to multiple demands and prioritize their work
