Accounts Payable Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

Our new team member will be responsible for processing invoices, and high volume data entry. You'll work with our vendors, reconcile accounts and look for ways to ensure files and documentation is within company policy. The ideal candidate will be driven to research & solve problems, be highly organized and able to multi-task. Hours may vary; overtime may be required based upon business need. What your day may look like: 1099 preparation Coding of invoices Update and maintain vendor database Verifying approval on invoices and expense reimbursements Verifying transactions comply with financial policies and procedures Maintaining accounts payable files Ability to process and enter 350+ invoices weekly Update and maintain our vendor database Assist in month end closing Process check requests and check run preparation Manage travel and expense reports for internal employees and candidates Reconcile vendor statements and files Process and review expense reports Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or receivable Strong written and verbal communication Proficiency with account reconciliation and accounts payable, Experience in Peachtree is highly preferred. Maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering data. Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills. What's in it for you?
