Concentrates on collecting and analyzing data to assist management in developing goals, strategies, and quality measuresTranslate analytical findings into actionable customer strategies that will have a measurable impact on the businessManage projects to develop, modify, re-design, and automate reportsTroubleshoot data inconsistencies and abnormalitiesRespond to inquiries in the CSE-Reporting mailbox and send out communication to the business as directedSupport of the CSE DataNOW websiteGather feedback from business partners on report information and make recommendations on how to the grow the business and/or reduce costsEducate business partners on the data available to them and the reports that have been created to ensure the information is being fully utilized

Qualifications

Job Content
Complete all financial, statistical, and organization chart reporting for the Operations Center and/or entire Network Operations. Such reports include
Telephone Contact, Center P&L Variance, Headcount, Overtime, Standards and Volumes, Department and Center Scorecards, Unit Cost, P&L
Breakdown, Weekly Servicing, Global and Excellence Expense Tracking, Bramas Expense Tracking, Workstation Analysis, and center org charts.
Process all invoices prior to submission to Accounts Payable. Audit Rapid Repay for adherence to published policies and guidelines. Reconcile
payment posting. Reconcile the P&L Transaction Detail to expense records and report any discrepancies. Complete all data entry and charts for
Portfolio Servicing for the Briefing Book. Prepare monthly files for Network Operations variance and flash reports. Prepare all accruals and reclasses
as directed by AOA for Network Operations. Audit Gift Card Tracker and complete earnings worksheets for recognition items when applicable.
Complete Monthly Cognos report queries for Major Merchant representatives in Phoenix. Maintain appropriate controls in regard to record retention.
Complete additional reports, projects, and audits as assigned by AOA.
