About this job
We are looking for strong line cooks (part time or full time) who have an expertise in frying and sauteing. Line/Prep cooks are responsible for setting up their station, preparing menu items, clean up and closing duties at the end of the night.
Must be able to perform well in a challenging and fast paced environment. Candidates should have strong experience that they can bring to the position. Knowledge of food safety a must!
Work in the back of the house prepping and cooking. Solid knife skills a plus!
