Growing Downtown Fashion Company has an immediate need for a Receptionist. This firm is a huge player in the fashion industry, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging candidate to act as an ambassador for the firm.
In this position, you will utilize your excellent organizational and communication skills to interface with high profile clients and guests, direct incoming communications, and manage calendars and schedules. A warm and personable candidate with a customer service-oriented approach will thrive in the many aspects of this hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars and schedules
* Route incoming calls and act as first point-of-contact for the firm
* Establish rapport with high profile clients and guests
* Organize internal documents and coordinate meeting logistics
* Oversee communal office and meeting spaces
* Take charge of additional administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
* 1+ years of corporate reception/administrative experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Savvy, outgoing and personable team player
* Flexible to adapt to changing office needs
* Ability to multi-task with close attention to detail
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite
