What You'll Be Doing:
- Advise, direct, and facilitate the studio in the development of art content and user interfaces for a diverse range of entertainment experiences across multiple platforms.
- Create and execute on a holistic, consistent vision for the UI of a product both in terms of aesthetics and usability.
- Manage a full spectrum of Artists, across multiple experience levels cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Deep experience in modern art production processes and techniques
- Five (5+) years in Art Director position or similar, with a proven track record of managing large teams to success, as well as building/maintaining art production schedules.
- In-depth mastery of 2D and 3D art and animation packages, including Photoshop and at least one industry standard, such as Maya, 3D Studio Max, Softimage or Houdini.
- In-depth mastery of video editing and post production packages, including After Effects or Cinema 4D and at least one industry standard editing and compositing package such as Premiere, Final Cut or Nuke.
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience of ZBrush or MudBox
- Experience with film / video production and cinematography considered
- In-depth development experience using multiple games engines, like UE3, CryEngine, Unity
