In this role, you will be involved in developing innovative business solutions by creating new applications, modifying existing applications and providing post production support. Predominantly you will be designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver value to our organization. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Design, implement and maintain Java application within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)


• Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processes


• Communicate effectively with other engineers and QA


• Establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed


• Identify production and non-production application issues


• Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of Java developed projects


• Provide technical support and consultation for Java application and infrastructure questions


• Serve as a mentor to less experienced Developers

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ Years of experience in Java/J2EE development 


• 4+ Years of experience in Oracle


• 4+ Years of experience in Spring Framework


• 3+ Years of experience in jQuery


• 3+ Years of experience in Eclipse


• 3+ Years of experience in MySQL


• 3+ Years of experience in IBM WAS and IBM IHS


• 2+ Years of experience in IntelliJ


• 2+ Years of experience in XML, SOAP


• 2+ Years of experience in WSDL/WADL


• 2+ Years of experience in RESTful


• 1+ Years of experience in JBoss


• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED plus 5+ years equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Team City Deployment Tool


• Experience in HPSM


• Experience in Adobe CQ5


• Experience in Angular Java Script
