Manufacturing Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

A very prominent automotive component manufacturing company is looking to hire a Manufacturing Engineer

Job Responsibilities would include:

-Reading blueprints of tool and dies from outside vendors
-Relaying those blueprints to the design team and also production staff to make sure material flow and goals are properly layed out to ultimately eliminate downtime and produce at the highest efficiency possible.
-Running data and documentation on parts coming in making sure that they are correct in size, height, width, deep draw, etc. (working with Quality team)
-Handling all inventory control in regards to new or used tools and die that need replaced or put into production.
-Once a tool or die needs replaced, make sure all needed replacement parts are ordered in a timely manner to ultimately eliminate down time
-Analyzing material flow of goods needed for the stamping and injection molding processes
-Working hand in hand with designers and production/maintenance teams once a part is ready to be installed
-Coordination of tooling and die inventory
-Constant documentation and administrative duties to make sure vendors and Elsa are kept on to speed on progress of product including any downtime
-Creating and relaying exact operating procedures to production team once a new or replacement tool/die is installed and ready to go
