We have a variety of coaching possibilities from classes, summer camps, special events, team, to cleaning, desk, apparel sales. Coaches must have gymnastics experience, a plus if coaching experience. Managers must have management experience or management degree.
Expectations and traits of Xcel coaches: Looking for mature and responsible employees. Coaches who love children, gymnastics, play time, and safe responsible fun as much as we do! Coaches need to have a strong personality, good class management & organization skills. Xcel staff need to be able to take charge and lead their events/curriculum, along with having good team work skills. A facility full of children means no matter how much planning is done, nothing will go exactly as planned. Staff must be able to go with changes and stress in a organized, calm, and responsible manner. We are looking for dependable staff who want to work, are committed to their hours by being on time and having reasonable request offs/holidays.
Requirements: Gymnastics experience, coaching experience is a plus but not a requirement. Strong references from previous employers.
