Looking for Inbound call center health care representatives.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or G.E.D
- 1+ years experience working in an inbound/outbound call center and/or medical appointing
- Proficient with Outlook, the Internet and on-line systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology (i.e. medical certification program at community college, medical office experience)
Responsibilities:
- Contacts network providers to schedule, reschedule or cancel Veterans appointments.
- Responds to inquiries from Veterans and providers regarding specific aspects of the VA program.
