Aerotek Professional Services is seeking a Customer Service Lien Researcher for a 3 month contract period.
Qualifications:
- Understanding and working knowledge of Allegheny county websites
- Understanding and working knowledge of Prothonetaries
- Excellent organizational skills and sense of urgency
Job Description:
- Will recieve orders and will research liens on properties using the Prothonetaries (will be searching for municipal and tax liens on the properties and delinquent tax documents DTD)
- Will take order numbers, match them to a parcel number or address and look for the assessment on if the taxes for the county have been paid.
- Will use internal order management system to keep track and calculate taxes owed on properties.
