Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM-4:00PM
We are currently recruiting for a Barista for our corporate cafe located in Jackson. This is a professional setting. We are looking for a customer service, result driven candidate who enjoys working with people and working in the exciting food service industry. The Barista will oversee client relations and drink/food presentation and quality.
Job Responsibilities:
Drink/Food Presentation:
* Create value through our services
* Maintain a clean and safe area
* Promote and market to increase business/sales
* Create a consistent product (taste, quality, presentation of food)
Develop genuine and rewarding clientele relationships:
* Predicts future needs
* Earn respect and references
* Build relationships with customers
Job Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in food service, specifically within the coffee industry
* Coffee shop drink and food production experience required
* Experience with providing excellent client relations required
* Catering experience helpful due to assisting with the coordination and deliveries of some caterings
