STAFF SUPPORT - Human Resources
Part-time 1 Year Limited Term

Padre Dam Municipal Water District's Human Resource Department is seeking part-time Staff Support for a limited term of 1 year. This position is in support of employee engagement activities for our workforce partnership. Duties may include: coordinating and attending meetings, answering questions and providing routine information; facilitating the flow of information throughout the organization; developing metrics to measure involvement; creating employee engagement support, documenting and maintaining meeting minutes; developing content and materials in support of a collaborative work environment, reporting, evaluating and working with a variety of workgroups to achieve shared goals. Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

* Excellent customer service skills;
* Strong organizational and administrative skills;
* Experience with implementing employee engagement activities;
* Ability to follow written and oral instructions;
* Advanced knowledge with regards to computer skills;
* Experience with social media workflow, strategies and facilitation in a professional environment;
* Excellent communicator, both written and verbal;
* Project Management Skills.


What Qualifications Do We Prefer?
* High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.)
* Experience with social media and employee engagement activities .
* A valid State Driver's License
What Are the Hours of Work?

This position is approximately 20 hours per week. Work Schedule is Monday-Friday. Hours are flexible to start with but a consistent schedule will be determined upon hire.
