QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years previous high-volume accounts payable experience
• Desire to learn quickly
• Ability to research problems to completion
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate to advanced Excel skills a plus)
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Oakwood has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Processor who will be responsible for processing payments of utilities and rents for our apartments across the United States. In this fast-paced and essential position, you will process large amounts of invoices on a daily basis, set up recurring payments, audit invoices for accuracy, review exception reports and research invoice discrepancies.

• Process high volume of invoices in a timely mannerÂÂ
• Ensure accuracy of payment issued for invoicesÂÂ
• Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• Other duties as assigned
