DISH’s Equipment Remanufacturing team ensures the high quality condition of millions of satellite receivers and remote controls. State-of-the-art facilities in El Paso, TX, Spartanburg, SC, and Englewood, CO, use advanced diagnostic tools and automated equipment to test, refurbish and redistribute hardware to customers.
Associate performs a variety of basic administrative and tracking functions. Includes resolving problems, processing requests and/or returns for both internal and external customers by performing the below listed duties.
SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Requires basic computer expertise, including use of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications; general office knowledge involving filing, data entry, operating phone system and customer service. Sound organizational, written and oral communication skills.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform basic computations and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Compiles and researches information regarding receivers and customer correspondence. Utilizes various research materials such as UPS tracking numbers, serial numbers, memos, etc.
Ensures dealers/customers meet requirements for on-going administrative programs (rebates, returns, recovery).
Other duties as assigned.
