DISH Smart Home Services is a new brand at DISH that leverages our current infrastructure to offer new services and products to our customers. Everything from TV installation and wireless networking to technologies of the future Smart Home, this business offers an exciting career while building a new division for the company. The Smart Home team is for those with a pioneering spirit who are up for an adventure! The DISH Smart Home Services Program Manager will be responsible for helping drive this new business through our call center work operations both here in the U.S. and abroad.

A successful National Sales Operations Manager will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university plus at least two years of experience; or at least five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. 
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. 
  • Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. 
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or board of directors.

Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

  • This position reports directly to the National Sales Manager of DISH Smart Home Services and travels within continental United States and abroad to ensure execution and promote Smart Home Services while garnering feedback from call center teams. Travel 40-60%.
  • Manages the relationship between Smart Home Services and call center operations across the continental United States and abroad and with companies for fulfillment and feedback of services and products to drive continual improvement.
  • Build Smart Home Services incentives into the overall compensation plan across
    call center business units
    .
  • Strategically selects new promotions and products to pilot for additional growth while driving execution of existing services and products and uses Cross functional teamwork with other departments to achieve objectives and improve process for field teams.
  • Create and communicate contests and promotions to drive sales and achieve new levels of success in a rapidly growing division of the company and present updates of performance to executive level management.
