We have a full-time opening for a Payroll / HR Assistant.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
- Must have 2 or more years experience.
Requirements
Provides overall clerical support to the Human Resource function and specific administrative assistance to the Human Resources Manager and Payroll Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Supports HR Manager in conducting various human resources programs for airport employees.
Assists in benefits administration including enrollment/ waivers, change reporting, paperwork completion.
Assists in recruitment effort, badging process and orientation programs for hourly crewmembers
Supports Payroll Specialist in distribution / mailing of paychecks.
Performs back-up for payroll processing and HRB maintenance as needed.
Helps to maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
Maintains HR and payroll files, timesheets and employment applications
Assists with employee bulletin board, employment postings and notices
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
2-3 years' of related experience in ADP/Payroll
Solid understanding of payroll administration
Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration
Proficient computer knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word
Excellent organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Required Skills Payroll Experience - ADP
