About this job
Interior Plantscapes Inc. is seeking a responsible and hardworking individual to work full-time as part of our team. This person will serve as a service assistant to our operations manager.
* Ensure the customer site is clean and orderly throughout visit, no water, waste or debris left behind
* Communicate with Service Leader regularly to inform them of any issues or needs
* Complete all required training programs
* Follow all state and/or local guidelines for operating a vehicle during business hours
* Follow all state and/or local guidelines for breaks and overtime requirements
* Assist in keeping warehouses & company vehicles neat and clean.
* Install plants in new accounts or existing accounts in containers or in planter beds.
* Operate forklift and company vehicles safely
* Assist Interior or Exterior Technicians with maintenance services
* Assist Operations Manager with any and all duties as required
* Reliable Transportation
* Plant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, or shrubs and apply mulch for protection, using gardening tools.
* Maintain or repair tools, equipment, or structures, such as buildings, greenhouses, fences, or benches, using hand or power tools.
* Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders.
Physical Requirements:
The team member may be required to perform one or more the following functions on a day to day basis Climbing, Reaching, Kneeling, Crouching, Walking, Pushing, Pulling and lifting up to 50-80 Pounds
