Strong Project management skills
Portfolio Campaign Management is responsible for the execution of all card and non-card marketing list selections for communications to existing customers, as well as the execution of all acquisition efforts for non-card products directed at existing card customers.This position is primarily responsible for end-to-end planning for the entire marketing campaign process including campaign strategy implementation, scheduling and documentation. The individual will serve as the primary liaison between marketing, technology and team members to ensure all campaign objectives are executed timely, efficiently and accurately. This position requires excellent project management skills and a highly organized and detail oriented individual.Responsibilities:Manage 20 to 26 campaigns per month including the development and management of campaign technical processing timelines.Manage campaign schedules for daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly marketing campaigns for assigned business units.Responsible for project proposals, writing technical specifications and creating timelines for new business initiatives.Collaborate with business partners to implement new campaign strategies and tests to achieve desired campaigns results.Partner with business technology teams to evaluate new data sources, identify data elements and campaign set up requirements.Reinforce service level agreements with business partners.Provide status updates on campaign developments to management on a weekly basis.Track and measure key process and performance metrics for all campaigns, including volumes, timeliness, defects and efficiencies.Assist with training new employees and keep all training documents and standard operating procedures up to date.. Promote a risk aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.

Qualifications

Skills Required:
Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment both independently and as a team
Strong project management and prioritizing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Results oriented with strong ability to execute and drive improvements
Bachelors Degree and minimum 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience
Experience with SAS/SQL/Excel/Campaign management software tools such as Unica or other campaign management software tools such as Epiphany, Aprimo or Seibel.
