Description: Candidate will be responsible for the post-sales portion of various projects including customer support to ensure equipment is commissioned properly and functioning to fit customers' expectations. Candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and instrumentation of equipment from pre-sales to post-sales.

Responsibilities:
* Provides support to consulting engineers, contractors and technical buyers for system and product execution and delivery
* Will work closely with the Sales Engineer supporting him.
* Develops relationships with customers and provides support as necessary.
* Responsible for the post sales of the equipment to include technical support and project management in coordination with the Sales Engineer and clients
* Responsible for evaluating possible cost savings and/or cost problems that will occur on various projects after sale for new parts and/or services
* Works closely with pre-sales team to validate project scope by reviewing project documents, plans and specs; listing possible cost savings and problems; communicating with designers; and validating quantities and configurations.
* Supports sales and develops preliminary submittals and/or final submittals as required.
* Responsible for verifying the correct equipment for order entry.
* Develops relationships with represented manufacturers, maintains competitive advantage and stays abreast of industry trends.
* Monitors project costs and makes adjustment to deliver at or under budget without sacrificing customer satisfaction in conjunction with pre-sales team.
* Optimizes expenses by negotiating prices with vendors for materials.
* Validates equipment and service purchase prices.
* Documents work by maintaining files for each job.
* Obtains and validates vendor information/submittals
* Responsible for holding job cost reviews and submittal pre-release meetings and makes any necessary changes.
* Generates and distributes final submittal. Obtains approval of final submittal for timely production release and delivery of equipment.
* Coordinates service and technical support during start-up and throughout the warranty period.
* Flexibility to work outside normal work hours, as required.

Experience Required:

-Bachelor of Science in an Engineering field (i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Contruction, Project Management etc.)

-Knowledge or experience with heat transfer, thermal analysis, and HVAC

-Experience with customer interfacing
