Inside Sales Representative

Hi, we are seeking a motivated and energetic inside sales representative to join our corporate HQ's in the NW Indiana area. You must be comfortable working in a business professional atmosphere and with a small inside sales team of around 4-5 individuals.

This position will be T-F from 12-8pm and Saturday from 9-5pm.

The job description is listed below:

-Source and develop client referrals from members on boarded
-Ability to see product/brand/membership via phone
-Handle about 10-30 total calls per day
-Handle 5-8 presentations per day
-Handle 10-20 follow up calls per day
-Maintain a customer database in internal software system
-Make sales calls to new clients and clients who have declined membership in the past
-Negotiate deals and promotions with clients
-Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone or email
-Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
-Follow up on sales activity, follow up calls
-Process payments
-Help customer make selections by building customer confidence, offer suggestions, opinions, etc.
-All other duties assigned by management
