Account Managers

Atlantic Credit & Finance has expanded to St. Cloud MN and is currently recruiting for Account Managers. Our Account Managers contact delinquent account holders by telephone and use professional skills to negotiate payment arrangements which are suitable for both parties. We are looking for high-energy, motivated professionals who are not easily intimidated to call delinquent account holders and negotiate settlements.

Previous experience in collections is NOT necessary; what’s necessary are strong communication skills and a goal oriented mind-set.

At Atlantic Credit & Finance, you can control your income by meeting monthly collection goals and earning commission based on your hard work. The average annual salary amongst our tenure staff is $65,000.00; our first year Account Managers are averaging $45,000.00!!

Regular and reliable attendance is a must. Applicants must commit to our schedule: Monday through Wednesday 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursdays 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
