JOIN US AS A NEW ACCOUNTS REPRESENTATIVE
Provide superior service and minimize financial fraud loss and risk for all TFS credit cards by contacting guest/victim while reviewing new account applications. Decision Target and Target Visa new account applications real time by analyzing guest information, credit bureau reports and third party data. Update existing accounts by verifying and adding joint/additional cardholders and processing returned mail.

- Review applications with a high fraud score by investigating accuracy of applicant data
- Place outbound and answer inbound calls to confirm applications providing a branded experience
- Monitor instant credit queue
- Update account addresses from returned guest statements, credit cards and other mailings
- Comply with CIP regulations, confirm identity of requested joint buyers
- Assist in special projects as needed
Requirements
- Typing skills of 30 wpm
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Great communication and guest service skills
- Ability to interact with guests and stores with the appropriate branded, friendly, emphatic and professional attitude
- Strong ability to analyze, interpret and make decisions working independently
- High School diploma or equivalent
