We are the @WORK Group and we help our clients find qualified candidates for their open positions and we have a client who is an insurance company in Bedford, TX and is looking for an in office Customer Service rep.
This is a full-time/Permanent Position. You will be employed by our agency for no more than 90 days and then you will be converted to an employee of our client where you will be eligible for their benefits/vacation, etc.
Job Description
- Work with customers to update their policies and changes in coverage
- Be able to explain coverage's and policies.
- explain coverage pricing
- Up sale additional coverage's
- Outbound calls to renew policies and collect to avoid policy cancellations.
- Take auto accident claims and talk the customer through the claims process.
- Document phone calls
- Must have property and casualty Licensing.
- Must have excellent Documentation skills
- Good Multitasking
- Good phone voice and phone etiquette
- Must be able to type well (preferably 50 words per minute)
