Sample Technician - Full-time / Part-time

RESPONSIBILITIES

Technician will gather materials from the production floor, measure, and dispense approved raw materials for blending into a finished product according to a formula.

Lab Technicians create sample products for internal customers, Perfumers, and external customers.

Responsible for handling products, associated equipment sanitation, and label generation. Other duties include pulling inventory from the warehouse, shipping samples, QC backup, stability testing, and various other tasks that may be assigned.

Lab Technicians need to develop a working familiarization with fragrance raw materials and an understanding of fragrance descriptive vocabulary.

Will keep raw material supplies and experimental libraries, and keep the lab neat and organized.


Lab Technicians are required to follow all SOP's and GMP's and other department specific training.

To ensure product safety and quality, Lab Technicians are responsible for controlling physical contaminants and practicing established corporate guidelines for "green" and "sustainable".

Employee must be able to stand for long periods.
